A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see where you are and where you want to be. We'll talk about your goals and decide which program — Return to Self or Return & Rebuild — is the right fit for you.
We begin with a thorough intake session of your chosen program. From here, I customize the program to your specific needs.
We move into the core of the work, addressing every layer of your system. Together, we'll release old patterns, calm your nervous system, and rebuild your confidence from the inside out.
Optional
At the end of our 12 weeks, we'll celebrate your progress and decide what's next. Whether your journey feels complete or whether you want to extend or transition into flexible, ongoing support.
